As a least-bad way of addressing the fact that Change proposals sometimes have contingency plans that need to be evaluated prior to the two completion deadlines, the PgM should check the ChangeSet for contingency plans at:

  • Start of mass rebuild
  • Branch day
  • Start of beta freeze
  • Start of final freeze

(in addition to the code complete checkpoints)
