Even with the trims I found and with dracut-107-3.fc42 from https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-2025-8d7d432266 , the x86_64 image is around 1.17G. So let's just bump both arches and both Server and Everything to 1.2G as the limit.
