The change proposal template at https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/EmptyTemplate has a section that reads as follows:
* Alignment with Objectives: <!-- Does your proposal align with the current Fedora Objectives: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/project/objectives/ ? It's okay if it doesn't, but it's something to consider -->
When I attempt to access that objectives URL, I get an HTTP 403, Forbidden.

This is a two-part problem. The first part is that Objectives are now called Initiatives. I just fixed that in the template. The second part is that the URL should redirect to the new page but is broken. I'll create a council-docs issue for that and see what I can do to diagnose it.
