https://pagure.io/fedora-packages-static/c/d64cf1a6d20118c08434fde3104a2e5747034ddf?branch=master#_2 added optional body and head tags along with extra space that increases size of generated html files. The index is already a few Gb and removing those spaces can save some 1-5% of it.
I did not realize that these tags were optional. I think that limiting the amount of changelog entries on the details page should help with this also.
