As reported at http://lists.fedoraproject.org/pipermail/devel/2010-December/146670.html, fedpkg clone -Ba does not put anonymous git URLs in the branch directories. I have a patch for this at http://ricky.fedorapeople.org/fedpkg/0001-Handle-anonymous-clones-in-clone_with_dirs.patch.
