fedpkg import removes branch which is required by fedpkg build

Hah, whoops. This is an easy fix, but I'm going to experiment with a different way of detecting branches today, that won't rely upon goo in your repo.

Ok, I have a new way of detecting branches, and the "branch" file will go away.
