The configuration is useful on its own, but people may not want to install the whole fedora-packager because they don't need yubikey stuff.

Hi, I'm going to hijack this ticket because I need the same thing.
Recently https://pagure.io/fedora-packager/c/7d806796d098b7e057d73bf3594a89d719abe159?branch=main made it much more of a requirement to install fedora-packager (i.e. 2FA). For my system I do all of my development in a container, but I run kinit from my host. I'd like to be able to just install the fedora kerberos configuration without having to pull in all the dependencies for package development.
