Hi,
I request to add /usr/bin/ppcle-koji as well as /etc/koji/ppcle-config files to let users easily submit ppcle architecture builds.

koji config file for ppcle arch
ppcle-config

as the little endian koji is only there for bootstrapping purposes and is temporary its not appropriate to ship conifgs and commands for it.
