bootstrap myocamlbuild
    
    Note: there is a corresponding commit against trunk, but they each
    bootstrap to a different ocamlbuild version (the one available in the
    branch at the bootstrap time). In particular, here we didn't need to
    adapt build/boot.sh with -no-ocamlfind, as this change happened in
    trunk only.
