Although this looks good, I don't see the updated fedora-repos (with fedora-gpg-keys) built yet.
I'm going to hold off merging this until that happens.

I had forgotten that module rpm builds get built differently. Also see that the fedora-gpg-keys pull request has already been merged, merging.
