Closed 3 years ago by sayaksarkar. Opened 3 years ago by sayaksarkar.

Issue templates are needed to enable folks to quickly and easily file tickets for organizing virtual events.

The first set of events that are expected to use these templates would be the F33 Virtual Release Party set of events. The template is expected to have the following questions:

and would look something like this:

<!-- Virtual Event Template -->
<!--
    This template can be used by anybody who is interested in holding a Virtual Event to request for a organizer spot for the Hopin platform.

    - The requests are monitored and acted upon by mindshare.
    - Fields marked with an asterisk(*) are mandatory fields.
-->

<!-- Please enter the event's name in the issue title field above -->

Hopin defines organizers as those people who are working on the back-end to set-up the event.

1. How many members of your planning team will need to be coded as organizers in the system pre-event?

2. How many members of your team will need to be coded as organizers in the system during the event?

3. Are you using Hopin for your event registration? If no, what platform are you using for registration?

4. Would you like to contact event attendees after the event? If so, when and what information will you be sharing?

#### Swag Requirements

Is there any requirement for any swags? If so, please specify the particulars:
    1. Quantity
    2. Swag Type

#### Additional Info
----
<!--
    Any additional details about the event can be specified here along with any special requests or assistance required for the event. Things like:
    - any specific event theme,
    - what will happen during the event (Sessions/Talks/Activities/Workshops/etc)

This looks great! Go ahead and push :) thank you!

Hey, @riecatnor I'm trying to add the ticket for virtual-events to the tickets repo for this, however, weirdly there seems to be no ticket repository for the repo. The Pagure UI also doesn't give any option to locate the tickets repo as evident here:

Also, taking a wild guess manually to locate the repo also didn't help. Any ideas why this is the case? Can you please check if there is any repo configuration that might be disabled?

i just figured it out. I currently don't have commit access to the repo. That's why I'm unable to clone the tickets repo. @riecatnor Can you please give me commit access to the repo?

@siddharthvipul1 @bt0dotninja Can one of you guys, please push the template above to the tickets repo if you have the access?

Hi @sayaksarkar I gave you access, should be all set!
