Find the people listed as interested in working on the Picture Book (https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Marketing/Fedora_Picture_Book) and determine what (if anything) will be happening with it for this release cycle. This means:

1. Prepare a draft scope of work (this shouldn't take more than 3 sentences and 5 minutes to write).
2. Lay out a rough schedule for completing that scope of work (again, this shouldn't take more than 5-6 milestones and as many minutes to write).
3. Think about the amount of time you have - including time to get get other people to help - and decide whether this project can be completed within the F12 timeframe.
4. If the answer is yes and you're willing to take it on, create the necessary task tickets here in Trac (you may want to use a keyword like "picturebook" and to ask mchua to create a "Picture Book" component). If no, mark the Picture Book's wiki page with a note at the top explaining that the project is on hold for consideration for the next cycle (and maybe a sentence or two why). Either decision is equally OK.
5. Email the Marketing list about that decision, with a link to the Picture Book project wiki page so they can see the status for themselves.

When you can post a comment on this ticket with a link to that message to the list (a mailing list archives link), the ticket is closed.
