Waiting for approval on my end. Should have an answer by next week (the 24th). Apologies for the delay.

@rlengland added to WordPress & submitted for review

@jdorfman The article is well written but I feel it leaves the novice with several questions.

While the examples are great, how does one start using the sourcegraph tool?

I understand you can't cover every search but where is the web page you begin with ( https://sourcegraph.com/search?q=context:global ). This is not included with the example commands you provide.

How do you specify the source you want to use ( https://sourcegraph.com/search?q=context:global+src.fedoraproject.org ).

Is there there documentation explaining the syntax to use for searches.

I can reverse engineer quite a bit of this but that is a time consuming thing to do. Basically I'm suggesting it would be more reader friendly if some tutorial items were included, or you pointed to where one can be found.

@rlengland great feedback, I will review this with my team and come back with something better. Thanks!

@jdorfman Thanks for your additions. We'll give it an editing pass and plan a publishing date.
Do you have any ideas for a feature image to go along with it? If not we will exercise our creativity and come up with one.

@jdorfman I just tried the Slack link and it says "This link is no longer available". I don't know if one needs to have a Slack account (I don't) to access this or not but I thought I'd pass this on.

I made a few changes in the sections making specific Web app, CLI, and Syntax sections and adjusting some links. Please check them out to make certain I haven't misconstrued or misdirected anything.

Also, would it be possible to make all the images Inserted images? I note that most of them are preformatted and I don't know if that will display appropriately in every venue the magazine may be viewed in.

Hey @rlengland

If not we will exercise our creativity and come up with one.

I think it would be best if you did the image, so it matches the look and feel of the magazine. I have no problem having our designers do it, that is just my thinking.

Good catch. Let me see why that is happening.

LGTM!

I'm not sure what that means. I haven't used WP in years so please help me =)

@jdorfman We'll work up a feature image for the article.

It appears the images in the article were inserted as "In line" images and our articles use "inserted" images. It's not a big issue, I changed them so we are good.

We'll pull a feature image together for this and get it scheduled.

Thanks again.

Ok great. Fixed the Slack link, again thanks for finding that.

Ohhhh my bad, I assumed they auto uploaded 🤦‍♂️

Great!

Thanks again.

My pleasure, thanks so much for your help!

Publication scheduled for 1 April 08:00 UTC

Ack... Sorry. For some reason I missed that completely. Thank you @glb

FYI, I just changed the "code" blocks to "preformatted" blocks so that they would render better with the Fedora Magazine theme.

Looks so much better. Thanks @glb
