Great, i've started a draft, can you please add @adamwill as the co-author of this article? Or tell me how to do it? I didn't see the option, so I assume I don't have permission.
@dbrouwer At this time you are still editing your article but we can add adamwill as co-author at a later date before publication.
The second author has been added.
it is possible to give @anitazha and @dcavalca permission to access and edit the draft post as well?
I just added them as coauthors. We can removed them before publication (if you want). Just let us know with a comment here.
@dbrouwer Is the video at the end of the article the one you intended to include? It appears to be an installation of Fedora 41 KDE but I don't think I'm seeing anything for QA.
Well, it's a possibility to include the video - not necessary at all. It's a qemu vm running an openQA job as an example.
Hi - the article is ready for review and publication.
Would you please especially check that the link to the Fedora QA room https://matrix.to/#/#quality:fedoraproject.org matches how Fedora Magazine would normally handle this?
As far as I know, Fedora Magazine doesn't have a rule about those Matrix links. However, I prefer the https://chat.fedoraproject.org/#/room/#quality:fedoraproject.org form because it works better when using SSO with FAS accounts.

Would it be ok to acknowledge the companies involved in this project at the end of the article? Does Fedora Magazine have a policy about this?

@dbrouwer The Fedora openQA article has been reviewed, edited, and scheduled for publication on July 1st at 08:00 UTC. Just let us know if you would like any further revisions. Thanks!
There is no mention of acknowledging/crediting companies in the Fedora Manazine docs. It is OK by me. Do you want me to temporarily revert the article from "scheduled" to "draft" so you can make further revisions?
Yes please temporarily revert it back to draft and we'll add in the acknowledgement at the end. Sorry for the trouble!
No problem. Done.
thanks, i'm just waiting for an approval and then i'll let you know when it's 100% good to go
ok all the approvals are in place so it's ready to publish from our end :)
OK. We normally run articles on Monday, Wednesday, or Friday and Wednesday's slot was taken, so I've scheduled this to run on Friday at 08:00 UTC. Don't hesitate to ask if you want anything revised further.
Thanks!
