Article Summary:
Following a previous article that I wrote about Fedora Server, I’m writing about my experience with CoreOS and bootc container images.

Article Description:
The article starts explaining my experience with Fedora CoreOS, and some of the criteria I used to configure my node. This is not to be considered a description of the OS (there was another article for this purpose), but more like a practical reading to compare notes.

Then I introduce bootc, and provide a comparison with CoreOS to help understanding the concept.

I highlight some of the benefits of bootc, and I also provide an inside about some problems I faced dealing with this new technology. So it will make newcomer’s life a bit easier and most importantly, it should inspire curiosity to bring more people into the community.
