#280 Butane to Ignition - how to automatically configure Fedora CoreOS
Opened a year ago by rlengland. Modified 2 months ago

I am proposing an article that goes into detail about how to configure CoreOS according to your specific needs.

This article will describe how to write a Butane file, and how to turn it into an Ignition file. More specifically, it will give the user an overview of how they should write a Butane file to fit certain needs so that they can easily configure their server. And, it will detail what parts of a Butane does, and how it will affect their system. It will also go over how to install CoreOS based on what is written in their butane file.

Thanks for any update you might have.

@tffhrtp Checking in with your to see if this is still on your "ToDo" list and whether we should be actively tracking it.

We can move it to the "Stalled" category if you want to come back to it at some point in the future.
