#14 Dates on comments output

The comments readout on the card command needs to include the date each comment was made. I'd suggest putting the date on the same line as the author at the beginning of the line.

I've added the date/time (GMT) but I did it after the author. My rational was that we see them in sorted order and I would typically be looking for the ones that someone other than me or another editor created, in most cases.
