The templates are released under the same license terms as Fedora
as a whole unit.
clarrify that commist must be signed off in order to comply with
the Developers Certificate of Origin

as a whole unit.

Note the Fedora compilation license is currently MIT and that this is also the current default license specified by the Fedora Project Contributor Agreement. It might be best to just straight-out specify that here.

It does straight up say that.
All of the content in Fedora Lorax templates is released under the same MIT terms as the whole of Fedora
