In an ARM device, I have tested rawhide KDE Plasma and Minimal raw.xz images. Both don't have 'growpart' tool, which is a part of 'cloud-utils-growpart' package. This tool is very important in aarch64.raw images to maximize the storage. I hope you can consider include this package.
