    It's the rare triple reversion! FESCo has decided to invoke the
    contingency plan for
    https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/AnacondaWebUIforFedoraWorkstation
    and push the webUI out to Fedora 40, so we need to turn it off
    again for Fedora 39.
