This provides a Breeze style plymouth boot splash screen. Aldo consider setting it to be the default one. :)
This is probably not going to happen as we're using the BGRT theme to support flicker-free boot: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/FlickerFreeBoot

I tried the plymouth themes recently and they don't work as well as the default Fedora one unfortunately.
