#559 Kinoite Mobile: Build in Fedora infra

Can't fix Deferred to upstream Duplicate Fixed Won't fix Invalid

We have Kinoite Mobile manifests and those are built in the unofficial CI and pushed to the unofficial repo.

We should now build them in Fedora infra. Changes needed to:
- add an ostree_container entry to pungi-feodra
- add the same entry to bodhi's pungi config
