Does any documentation exist that details how to test pre-release versions of KDE and provide relevant feedback to the maintainers?
Pre-release software will typically be packaged in Fedora Rawhide. You could install that, or use the live CD: https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/development/rawhide/Spins/x86_64/iso/
Often, the same software will be built for the current stable release (Fedora 40 at the moment) in the kde-sig copr: https://copr.fedorainfracloud.org/coprs/g/kdesig/kde-beta. It has instructions on how to use it.
