First, https://invent.kde.org/libraries/phonon-gstreamer is now a retired project.
But it seems the project should still be compileable for Qt6. After trying though, it fails partway through the compile.
I uploaded the spec to https://pagure.io/fedora-kde/kde6dev-rpmspecs/blob/master/f/BROKEN/phonon-backend-gstreamer (NOTE: the %files section is incomplete)

The source at https://invent.kde.org/libraries/phonon-gstreamer was never ported to Qt6.
Jonathan mentioned a Qt6 port, but I don't know where that is supposed to be
Ugh, why do I have the feeling that the answer is going to be that only the Phonon VLC backend is supported nowadays, and we're going to have to scramble to get vlc into Fedora... /cc @ngompa
And as I suspected: "Phonon GStreamer (phonon-backend-gstreamer) is deprecated and we do not advise to use it."

Looks like we'll need phonon-backend-vlc (and thus vlc).
We've shipped phonon-backend-vlc now: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/phonon-backend-vlc
