This is needed by dolphin to open audio disks. As KIOs can only be part of the base image, we'll include that in Kinoite.

Should we include that by default in the KDE Spin too?

Is this really a KDE4 only package? This is in the spec

There is nothing for plasma 5 or 6.

Yipes.
Looking further. In Fedora we haven't updated the package since 2016.
It looks like it now goes by the name kio-audiocd, has qt5 support, and looking at the git repo, qt6 support as well

I think it's due for an update before we put it in as default.
