With RHEL 9.2 released, we're now ready to update KDE Plasma to the latest 5.27 release (5.27.5 at the time of this writing) into EPEL 9.
@tdawson has already previously communicated he is working on this. This ticket is for tracking that effort.

I don't understand why this was re-opened and set with a milestone of RHEL 9.3. Plasma 5.27 is in EPEL 9, and was put there soon after RHEL 9.2
When RHEL 9.3 is released, we plan on updating plasma 5.27.4 (what's in epel9 right now) to 5.27.6 (what's in epel9-next right now). Is that what this ticket is for, just as a reminder about what is coming up?
