Rebased kinoite to Fedora 38. Now the cursor size of mouse is big as 2x in SDDM. But cursor size is normal in desktop or lock screen.

This is a bug in SDDM Wayland, I've seen it ever since we started testing SDDM Wayland in Fedora 35, same with the low quality blur effect.

Likely this one: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=467326 (fixed in Plasma 5.27.5).
Apparently, it was something else, since the issue remains on F39 (the regular spin, at least). Also, for some reason, the cursor briefly turns into the Adwaita one upon login.
