#324 Firefox video codec issue on Fedora 38 Kinoite.

In Fedora 37 Firefox video codec is solved with libavcodec-freeworld from rpmfusion. Today I have rebased to Fedora 38. Now the videos from twitter are not playing in Firefox. What's the solution?
