First of all, a big thank-you to everyone at the KDE SIG for your continued hard work.
As you all know, python3-dnf-plugin-system-upgrade is a useful tool that allows, among other things, to safely upgrade the system "offline". If I'm not mistaken, Workstation already ships it, so let's do the same.
