It would be nice to have such option, many people including me will add this repo right after install fedora kde to install packages like ffmpeg mpv etc. Ideally after adding rpmfusion repos sudo dnf groupupdate core sound-and-video multimedia should be executed automatically to install appstream metadata, codecs and all this stuff.
sudo dnf groupupdate core sound-and-video multimedia

Kubuntu for example have similar option to install kubuntu-restricted-extras package which pulls unrar, some fonts and gstreamer codecs.

Last I knew, this was not legally possible. Contributory infringement (patents)
We can enable the stuff fedora-third-party will enable, which is only the NVIDIA driver and Steam.

Having checkbox that will simply do sudo dnf install -y rpmfusion.rpm && sudo dnf groupupdate core sound-and-video multimedia is illegal?

Okay, having steam and nvidia repos added is better than nothing.
This sounds like a great candidate for a page in the KDE welcome app!
