Latest, fully updated Fedora 35 Kinoite. When there is some Flatpak app/runtime update displayed on the Updates page of Discover, the whole page constantly reloads itself every few seconds.

Closing as I can't reproduce anymore. If this is still happening, then you should submit a bug upstream.
