I think both k3b-extras-freeworld and plasma-workspace-xorg don't exist anymore.

The former is from RPM Fusion (and their version of the @kde group merges with ours in DNF). Check with them.

The latter does exist, since Plasma 5.20 in Fedora. It exists in EPEL 8 Next, and will exist in EPEL 8 once RHEL 8.5 releases.
