fix discourse redirection

I think the DISCOURSE_CLASSROOM definition needs to be updated here to point to https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/c/workflows/classroom/

I see that we have a tag and a category on discussion.fp.o, though, so we'll need to add another link for "project discussion" I guess.

PS: I don't think we decided to move everything (discussion etc.) to discussion.fp.o because it isn't quite a ticketing system, but we can try using it too and see how that goes.
