Hello @binayakbehera999. Welcome to Fedora!
I got in touch with @binayakbehera999 on telegram. He is interested in contributing to quick-docs. He would like to write a quick dock about how to set up a samba share. Look at fedora-docs/quick-docs#165 He asked for some help/hint. I'm glad to start a light mentorship on this issue, even if I'm not an expert on this field (my only field of expertise is cut&paste 😅). But working in pair could be useful also for me.
So @binayakbehera999, could you please introduce yourself so that the community can get to know you? (interests, skills, how long you've been in Free/Open Source communities, what distributions you've used, and so on?)
To start with, maybe these links would be a good read. They tell you what the Free/Open Source community is about, and then it'll introduce you to Fedora: what Fedora is all about, and what we do, and of course, how we do it:
If you have any questions at all, please ask! We'll use this ticket to keep in touch! :)
He sent his introduction directly to the docs mailing list: https://lists.fedorahosted.org/archives/list/docs@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/FUTFQ4GQFPMPKC74AJEFVWHQYLWAEPES/

Hello @binayakbehera999 There is an easy task in the field of documentation: fedora-join/Fedora-Join#181 "Add Welcome Image to fedora-join-docs". It is pretty easy and could be useful to learn and practice working with the documentation workflow.
I've sent the same message also to @mercellusb, if both of you are interested, you could get in contact to collaborate.
Let us know if you are interested.
Yeah, I would love to resolve the issue @alciregi. I will contact @mercellusb and work on it.
Just an update to the community.
Time ago I proposed this quick doc: https://pagure.io/fedora-docs/quick-docs/issue/165
@binayakbehera999 was interested in contributing, so we managed a sort of very light mentoring. I wrote a draft in the wiki[1], and @binayakbehera999 tested the steps and he made some corrections. (If other folks want to test if the steps are reproducible and comprehensible, they are welcome).
Now @binayakbehera999 is actually looking to "convert" this wiki page to a quick-doc.

That sounds great. @binayakbehera999 : how are you doing? Have you had a chance to work on the docs (or anything else)?
How can we help?

how have you been? We haven't known about you for a long time? Have you contacted the documentation TEAM? have you had any problems? Have you found any interesting docs to cooperate on?
the process is very simple:

Hey @binayakbehera999, If we don’t get a response in the next 7 days, we’ve not seen activity and we’ll have no choice but to close the ticket.
Closing the ticket is only a formal and operational to ask, then if you like, you can get in touch again with us using the various communication channels.
Please re-open the ticket whenever you wish and you can continue your journey into Fedora where you left off
