Do I need to complete all the Badges and I'm not sure what the next steps are

No, you get badges for different activities you do. You'll collect them as you interact more with the community and so on :)

Hi Ankur, I am trying to get my virtual machine(Oracle VM VirtualBox to work. I've installed Fedora and trying to figure out how to move forward.
