We need a refresh.

It's good to see that we all agree that a facelift is needed, but do any of us have the skills + cycles to do this ourselves? Filing a ticket asking our already very busy infra team to do it for us is OK, but filing a PR would be nicer.

Do we know any folks that aren't busy managing our core infra but could do this? Should we spread the word that we're looking for someone to work on this? Ideas?
