I was just clearing up the "held messages" on the ML. While most of them are spam and must be discarded, I see a few that are genuine e-mails but got held up.
More moderators keeping an eye on the list will help ensure that this doesn't happen again. So, if you can, please volunteer to be a moderator for the ML here, and I'll upgrade your account.
(it isn't much work. 5--10 minutes per week maybe).

I do the same for mktg, so i can help too.
At random intervals, I cycle through the moderation queue on the CommOps, D&I, Mindshare, Marketing, and maybe a couple of other mailing lists here and there. Since I'm doing it for other lists, I could do it for another too.
