We need a pipeline to better organise the management of classroom sessions. Maybe we take up a 3 month period at once, organise sessions for it and then move to the next? 3 months is half a cycle---ideally this should be from a few weeks after release to a few weeks before the release where most of the marketing etc will focus on the release itself.

So, that is about 20 weeks. We could work on scheduling as many sessions as we can 1 month after release till one month before beta: 12 weeks in the middle for 6--8 classroom sessions each release?
Should we get some inputs from the FPgM about this and get ourselves a release related schedule too?
Everyone seems to agree that this is a good idea. I'll file a new ticket and come up with a calendar in a week or two.
