We can't currently use gitlab directly in the rel-eng infra so I have setup the following as a mirror (pagure has a mirror function) so we get a direct pull we can consume:

https://pagure.io/fedora-iot/base-images

It's currently as intended, it stops things like package builds live pulling from those repos during build process, so no it's not directly tracked as it's intended behavior.
