Disable the "legacy" iso now that we have moved to osbuild.

We should be able to also remove lines 277-323 as part of this, should we do that here or do you want to do it as a follow up once we've confirmed it works as expected (both can be easily reverted).

I was planning on doing it as a follow up, after making sure this works as intended.
