Since I couldn't use Zerere (see #43), I searched through Fedora docs and found https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/quick-docs/reset-root-password/#sect-how-to-reset-the-password-from-emergency-or-single-user-mode, which seemed like a solution to set up a root password locally and start working without need for Zerere.
Well, those docs simply don't work for Fedora IoT as it seems.
If I append rw init=/bin/bash to the exec line, indeed I boot into a root shell. But I tried:
rw init=/bin/bash
passwd
/sbin/useradd
None of them worked after reboot. So is there any way to change root password without network access?
