Referring some discussion regarding Fedora CoreOS on Raspberry Pi and how useful Fedora IoT even is, when we have Fedora CoreOS, I miss one big topic:
How to use Clevis and Tang for automatic encryption/decryption.
The thing is your project website clearly states this as a big feature:
Security is important for IoT devices especially since they likely don’t have the security of a data center. With support for TPM2, SecureBoot, and automated storage decryption with Clevis, Fedora IoT is built with a focus on security.

As such, IMHO, it should also be documented.
I thin it should just reference existing clevis docs rather than duplicating the docs. The usage is no different in IoT vs other use cases really. Docs are now at https://github.com/fedora-iot/iot-docs
