added disclaimer that this list is not a "blocking harware" list
    
    Per a conversation with @pbrobinson and @pwhalen on #fedora-iot, this is not a list of blocking hardware and instead only a list of tested and known-working hardware. I've added a note that states this to avoid future confusion.
