The module builds of the Ruby module randomly fail with mbs telling me: "Failed to build artifact module-build-macros in Koji". The message in the koji build says "...Build already exists...". Not sure how that is possible. This happened to the scratch builds and normal builds as well.

I have encountered the same errors happening inconsistently on platforms f33 through f35.
The sooner the better.
