fedora-scm-requests not working as per it intended to work. It just ignores newly sponsored contributor's requests. This is really not good. I don't understand if this is known then why new FAS has been deployed?

Find some way in processing fedora-scm-requests and tell the person who is doing this work to do manual processing of fedora repo requests.

So we are debugging issues with @pnemade. There are already enough tickets to track this. This issue is related to fas.
