The web FAS group should be used in place of the sig-webdev group. This is in support of an up-and-coming Objective proposal, the Websites & Apps Community Revamp.

There are two work packages to this ticket:

1. Update attributes of web group (detailed below)
2. Remove/purge sig-webdev group from Fedora Accounts

The following attributes of the web group should be updated:

1. New admins: @ramyaparimi @t0xic0der (Objective co-leads), @riecatnor @jflory7 @mattdm (Objective support)
2. URL: https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/websites/
3. Mailing list: https://discussion.fedoraproject.org/c/project/websites/66
4. Chat room: https://matrix.to/#/#fedora-websites:matrix.org

Once these changes are made, sig-webdev can be safely removed. It was created shortly before the migration from FAS2 to Noggin, so it is not widely used or linked against.

When do you need this to be done by? (YYYY/MM/DD)

Preferably the same time as #9882; the two requests are related.
