Reopen Issue

Now that Noggin / AAA is in production, we really should archive the FAS project on the fedora-infra github. There is probably more to do here but this will probably entail

  • updating the readme on the main branch, to say FAS is no longer supported / in development any more. (also maybe note here that FAS3 which is what is in the main branch -- never went stable, and link to the FAS2 branch)
  • also add a link to noggin / freeipa-fas as the replacement
  • close all issues/open PRs as won't fix
  • mark the project as archived in github.
