There's an account spamming various RHBZ bugs:

When logged in there is a button to "tag" a comment, which I can be used to flag spam to the bugzilla admins.
Another possibility is to open a bugzilla ticket against bugzilla itself: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/enter_bug.cgi?product=Bugzilla to have it looked at by the admins.
However, there is nothing we can do as we do not run bugzilla nor are admins of it, so closing this ticket.
