$ LANG=C fedpkg clone php-pear-Console-CommandLine Cloning into 'php-pear-Console-CommandLine'... fatal: '/rpms/php-pear-Console-CommandLine' does not appear to be a git repository fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
This is now "somewhat" fixed. It should work for existing packagers again.
We are working on a final/real fix. Sorry for the trouble.
