It looks like the users: java-sig and orphan (and potentially a few more but these are the first ones I see) have not been migrated from FAS to noggin.
java-sig
orphan
Could you get this fixed?

While looking into this I see that the following bot accounts from fas were also not imported. Should they be put in too?
anaconda-maint astronomy-sig autoqa abrt-team autopen blivet-maint critpathbot ctrl-center-team cloud-sig dracut-maint design-sw erlang-sig fonts-sig fmnscmcommits fmnmeetingminutes fmnscmnotifications golang-sig gecko-maint hams-sig haskell-sig i18n-team java-sig kernel-maint kmod-maint libvirt-maint lvm-team mingwmaint mono-sig ocamlmaint orphan packaging-team perl-sig pcp-upstream retired systemd-maint taskotron upstream-release-monitoring udev-maint virtmaint xen-maint xgl-maint
I would say yes except maybe for:
critpathbot
No idea if this is still needed, I think not since critpath is now updated by toddlers
retired
No idea about this one.
taskotron
takostron being retired, this one may not be needed
upstream-release-monitoring
@zlopez do you know if this bot account is still being used?
upstream-release-monitoring @zlopez do you know if this bot account is still being used?
